3. Ordering & Payment

  • All products sold on our website are physical goods—no digital downloads here.
  • We accept Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfers, all handled securely by Stripe and/or PayPal.
  • Full payment is required at checkout before we process your order.
  • If you’d like to place a wholesale order, please contact us directly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to package and ship orders within 1 business day, but please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
  • We ship from NSW, Australia, using Australia Post and other trusted local couriers.
  • Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers. However, if your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within a reasonable time, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate. If deemed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, our Refund & Returns Policy covers:
