Change of Mind Returns

Not vibing with your order? No worries! You can return your item within 14 days from delivery, as long as:
✔️ It’s in its original condition (unused & undamaged)
✔️ It’s returned in the original packaging

Just reach out to us at kelsea@30-2.com.au, and we’ll help you with the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are on you for change of mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing and shipping our products from our family home in NSW, but if your item arrives with a defect or damage, we’ve got your back! Just email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
📸 A photo of the issue
📦 Your order details

If the item is faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund – on us.

Exclusions & Final Notes

  • We don’t accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
  • Custom orders or sale items are final sale unless faulty.
